1. Using JobSolve
JobSolve is a tool for organizing your own job search. You may use it for personal, non-commercial job searching unless you have a coach or organization license.
2. Free trial and license
You can try JobSolve free for 14 days. JobSolve costs $49 (USD) as a one-time purchase. After purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use JobSolve on up to 3 devices. Sharing license keys is not allowed. Optional AI features are sold separately as monthly plans (AI Plus, $9/month for 150 credits; AI Pro, $19/month for 500 credits) or one-time credit packs (Job Search Pass, $25 for 400 credits valid 90 days; Top-up pack, $10 for 150 credits). Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime; unused monthly credits roll over to the next month while your plan stays active. Purchasers receive 5 free AI credits each month.
3. Refunds
If you’re not happy with JobSolve, email us at support@getjobsolve.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to the $49 purchase and to AI plans and credit packs.
4. Your data
Your information is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping backups; clearing your browser data can erase it. See the Privacy policy.
5. Job listings
Job listings shown in JobSolve come from third parties and link to the original posting. We don’t guarantee that listings are accurate, current or still open, and we are not the employer. Always apply on the employer’s own site.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse JobSolve: no reverse-engineering the license system, reselling access, or using JobSolve to scrape websites or send spam.
7. AI features (when available)
AI suggestions may be wrong. Review everything before sending it to an employer; you are responsible for what you submit.
8. No guarantee of results
JobSolve helps you organize your search but does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
